Case 01

High School Football

16–17 years
The Problem

Two athletes entered the program with 4.9–5.0s 40-yard times and inconsistent acceleration mechanics. Film showed upright posture at first step, scissor kick in transition, and short ground contact times.

The Plan

6-week mechanics block focused on posture at start, wall drive, and transition phase. Low-volume sprint exposure (1–2 sessions per week, 200–300m total volume) with technical feedback on every rep.

The Outcome

Both athletes dropped their 40 time by 0.12–0.18 seconds within the block. The bigger win was the carryover to game speed — both graded out as starters and one earned a Division I opportunity the following spring.

Case 02

Female High School Soccer

15 years
The Problem

8-week reconditioning block integrating deceleration drills, single-leg strength progression (single-leg RDL → skater squat → landing mechanics), and constraints-led cutting work where we manipulated field size rather than cueing technique.

12-week youth development block focused on physical literacy — animal flow patterns, locomotion variety (skipping, galloping, hopping, lateral), and perception-action games rather than sport-specific skill work.
